What's Happens Next?

Soon we receive your complaints or compliments, we send it automatically to our validation team. Once validated, we reply you back with our response. It would take maximum 48 hours under all circumstances, regardless of bank holidays or weekends.

What if we can't resolve your query?

For any unfortunate circumstances, if we fail to resolve your issue/s, we will than pass it on to our licensing authority to get a decision. Whatever their decision is, we will abide by that.

What happens if you still unhappy with the decision by Licensing?

If the decision awarded by the licensing goes against you and you are still unhappy, you are advised to talk to your local citizen advise service or to your legal advisor for the next.

What about the Compliment?

If you are happy with our service/s, we would be glad to know that. We will then publish that on to our website and other social and/or marketing networks to spread the words.

When we publish your feedback, we will not publish your email, phone number, job number, or even your full name to protect your privacy. We will only publish your initial charterer of first name and the surname, i..e. J. Smith.
