Dramatic body cam footage has revealed California cops tasering 22 year old Jack Bruce who had suffered a seizure and crashed his car down a 20 foot cliff.
Despite being disoriented, officers and firefighters demanded he exit the vehicle. Bruce, who had his first epileptic seizure while driving, was slumped and mumbling, showed no signs of alcohol or drug use, yet officers still threatened to Taser him.
