City Cars Bury, one of the trading styles of M&O Service Ltd, registered offices at 65 Canning Street, Bury, BL9 5AS, and registered in England and Wales under company number 11415357. Subsequently registered on the Information Commissioner’s Office Register; registration number and ZA482725 respectively both act as the data controller/data processor when processing your data. Information That We Collect
City Cars Bury processes your personal information to meet our legal, statutory and contractual obligations and to provide you with our services. We will never collect any unnecessary personal data from you.
How we use your Personal Data
When you make a booking:
When you either download our app or make a booking via phone, via the app or the website we will use your personal information to complete your booking and provide you with our services. The details we may gather from you may include your name, address, email address, phone number and payment details (including your credit/ debit card information). We gather your personal data as part of our legal obligation for business accounting and tax purposes.
To complete your booking we share your personal information with our subcontractors who are involved in the booking process, such as payment providers, as well as credit reference agencies who we use to assess fraud, credit and/or security risks. We need to process your personal information in this way to enter into and perform the contract with you.
Where you visit us at one of our premises we may also make images and recordings via our onsite CCTV. We do this in pursuit of our legitimate interest to ensure our premises are kept secure.

When you contact us by phone, email, social media, via the website (including the “Contact Us” section and Drivers Portal) or by telephone with general queries (including where you interact with an IVR), we may also handle your personal information (your name, contact details and the other details you provide to us) in order to provide the customer services you have asked us to. This could be when you ask us to provide more information about our services or to explain how our site works.
We rely on our legitimate interests to promote our business and provide good customer service to handle your personal information in this way. If you contact us due to something related to the contract in place between us, then the contract is the lawful basis we rely on to handle your queries.
When you have expressed an interest in our services:

We do not share or disclose any of your personal information without your consent, other than for the purposes specified in this notice or where there is a legal requirement. City Cars Bury uses third-parties to provide services and business functions as follows:

Transfers Outside the EU
All personal data is primarily stored on our partners’ servers based within the EEA.
In the event we transfer your personal information outside of the EEA, we ensure it is protected by making sure at least one of the following safeguards is in place:

· by using specific contracts approved by the European Commission which give your personal information the same protection it has within the EEA; and

How Long We Keep Your Data
