We’d like to say a big thank you to Hanna, who has kindly shared her story in this short video for #RefugeeWeek
Hanna came to live in Leigh earlier this year, after being forced to leave her home and life in Ukraine when the war began.
She talked to us about her shock when the war began, her sudden decision to leave after bombs exploded close to her home, choosing what items to take with her, building a new life in Leigh, and missing her mum (and her cat, Chester!)
