Israeli special forces raided Gaza’s Nasser hospital on the hunt for Hamas hostages. Footage from inside the medical unit reveals the chaos left in the wake of the raid which began on February 13 based on intelligence from captured Hamas fighters that hostages – both dead and alive – were being held there by the terror group. The IDF bombed and bulldozed their way into the complex before special forces moved inside in what the IDF spokesperson called a ’targeted operation’. Hundreds of patients and civilians sheltering there were evacuated along safe corridors, but there were reports of civilian casualties. Nasser hospital is the largest functioning hospital left in Gaza and is located in Khan Younis, where the IDF is finishing up operations to drive out Hamas. Once the city is secure, the Israeli military will move on to Rafah, the final redoubt of Hamas which is located on the southern border close to Egypt.
