Kieran Jones was recorded on camera speeding on the A22 Eastbourne Road in Halland, East Sussex, on seven occasions last year. He can be seen whizzing rapidly along the Sussex road overtaking several vehicles. Officers from Sussex Police set up a plan to catch the former landscape gardener and he was finally arrested in February this year.
