Cape Coral Police said they had been called to reports of a man trapped under his car on Monday after the jack failed, causing it to trap him underneath the vehicle. The man was rushed to a local hospital after suffering serious injuries, but has since been released and returned home. Body cam footage was released on Wednesday showcasing the heroic actions of the officers who arrived at the scene.
