Wounded Azov Brigade soldiers dodged death by inches while being evacuated from battle during an intense firefight in the Kreminna forest, in Ukraine’s Luhansk oblast. Video shows the moment the injured men were being treated by a medic when a Russian mortar shell landed just inches from their heads, blowing apart a tree which then toppled on top of them – but somehow avoided injuring them further. The incredible scene unfolded during actions of the 12th Reconnaissance Battalion in the Kreminna forest last year, as they attempted to hold back Russian advances. Putin is now thought to be throwing additional troops and tanks at Kreminna in an attempt to break through Ukraine’s lines after his initial attacks failed.
