Ukraine’s 79th and 46th Air Assault Brigades thwarted Russian ‘meat assaults’ the towns of Marinka and Novomykhalivka, located to the west of Donetsk city. Drone footage reveals how the Russians rolled into battle in armoured columns, straight into the gun-sights of Ukrainian anti-tank weapons, FPV drone and artillery. Once within range, the columns were quickly obliterated along with troops inside. The 79th brigade said the ’stupid’ tactics have been ongoing for weeks in the area and led to a total of 18 vehicles destroyed or damaged in just one day. The brigade wrote: “The extermination of Russian equipment and occupiers, who senselessly give their lives in endless “meat assaults.” This is an incredibly surreal picture of stupid, monotonous attacks with massive losses with one goal – to take possession of the ruins of Ukrainian villages.” #russia #ukraine #war
