A Ukrainian ground drone equipped with an anti-tank mine was used to blow up a Russian trench, giving a glimpse into the future of warfare. Video taken at an undisclosed location shows the small robot driving towards a tree-line where Russian soldiers are sheltering, where it embeds itself. The Ukrainians then detonate it, blowing a hole in the fortifications. It is just the latest Ukrainian drone used to hurl anti-tank mines at the Russians. Kyiv’s mechanics also constructed a huge ‘Baba Yaga’ aerial drone to drop the anti-tank mines from above, obliterating Russian vehicles and defences.
The Ukrainians have been forced to come up with cheap alternatives to artillery shells and guided missiles since they cannot produce as many as Russia and deliveries from their allies are becoming less and less reliable. #ukraine #russia #war
