A barista in Kyiv has become a symbol of defiance after she kept making coffee despite her shop being bombed by Russia. Mariia was at work in the Ukrainian capital on the morning of March 25 when the city was hit by Russian missiles and drones. CCTV from inside the shop captured the moment one blast caved in the windows and sent a small refrigerator flying. But after a quick clean-up, Mariia returned to finished her shift and worked despite the front of the shop being missing.
