Elite IDF commandos have revealed how they came face-to-face with a Hamas gunman hiding in al-Shifa hospital during a recent raid to flush out terrorists. Bodycam footage taken by the Shaked Battalion of the elite Givati Brigade shows an assault team carrying out a methodical sweep of the hospital. When entering what appears to be a bedroom, one of the soldiers spots a rifle being held by a terrorist hiding inside the room, prompting a gun battle to break out. After trying to flush the gunman out using grenades, the troops back off and head downstairs to regroup – but the man follows them and is taken out as he tries to charge at them with his rifle drawn. The IDF says it is conducting ‘targeted’ raids inside al-Shifa which it says is being used as a headquarters for Hamas fighters remaining in Gaza. #israel #hamas #war
