These Russian troops are lucky to be alive after being hit by a drone and blown up by a mine on the frontlines in Ukraine. The first video shows a car driving through Kherson, close to the shores of the Dnipro River, with two people inside when it hits a mine in the road. There is an explosion and the vehicle runs off the road and into a tree, but somehow the two men inside walk away unscathed. The car itself is totalled, and the men can be heard complaining that their radio is also shot – meaning they are now stranded with no way of summoning help. Meanwhile another piece of footage taken in an unknown location shows a suicide drone slamming into a car with at least four people inside.
The men are talking when suddenly the interior of the vehicle is filled with smoke and debris as the drone strikes, followed by panic. The video cuts out there, but it appears all four men managed to walk away without serious injuries.
